View Inventories was founded in 2005 by Hayley Rose and Dennis Gilbert a father and daughter team. Having extensively researched the London property market, it was clear to both Hayley and Dennis that there was a gap in the rental sector for a fully comprehensive and professional property inventory service.

While there was no shortage of smaller operators, in line with changing times estate agents needed something more adequate, more reliable and more efficient and they both decided to take it to the next level. Hayley has subsequently added a further branch to View inventories in the name of View Inventories Plus which operate in exactly the same way.
